Are there any customs duties or import taxes for International Orders?

Can I customize my jewelry?
Yes! We offer customization options only if the order is a bulk order. Customization can happen for most pieces, including name engraving and gemstone choices. If you have specific requests, please message us before placing your order.
What materials do you use in your jewelry?
Our jewelry is crafted from high-quality materials, including 18K gold plating, and premium gemstones. Each piece is designed for durability and elegance.
How do I take care of my jewelry?
To maintain the beauty of your jewelry:
• Avoid direct contact with water, perfumes, and chemicals.
• Store in an airtight jewelry box when not in use.
• Clean with a soft cloth to retain its shine.
Do you offer International shipping ?
Yes, we ship Internationally! Shipping times may vary depending on your location, but we ensure secure and timely delivery through trusted courier partners.
Do you offer COD (Cash on Delivery) in India?
Currently, The Enache does not support Cash on Delivery (COD). All payments must be made via credit/debit cards, UPI.
How long will it take to receive my order within India?
Orders typically take 3-5 business days after the dispatch of your order. Order processing typically takes 2-3 business days. However, this may vary due to customs processing. We will provide a tracking number so you can monitor your shipment.
What if my order is delayed or lost?
We take utmost care to ensure safe delivery. In case of delays or lost packages, please reach out to us, and we will work with the courier service to resolve the issue.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Yes, we accept returns/exchanges under these conditions:
• The item is a non sale product.
• The item must be unused and in original packaging.
• Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
• Custom and personalized orders cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged.
• The charges for the return would be Rs. 75.
